If you are shopping for a mirror we have a large selection on display in the shop, and we also offer a bespoke service where we can manufacture any size mirror in any of our 400+ mouldings.

As a manufacturer our prices are very competitive and our quality is second to none. That is the part worth understanding: most places selling mirrors are selling somebody else’s, in the sizes that somebody else chose. We cut and frame ours here, so the size is whatever your wall or your alcove actually needs.

It also means a mirror can be made to match a frame elsewhere in the room, because it is coming out of the same 400+ mouldings as everything else we make.

Made-to-measure mirror questions, answered

Can you make a mirror to measure in any size?

Yes. Any size, in any of our 400+ mouldings — that is the bespoke service and it is what the workshop is set up for. Give us the size of the alcove, chimney breast or wall you are filling and we will work back from it, rather than you trying to find something standard that nearly fits.

Do you make the mirrors yourselves or buy them in?

We make them. We are mirror manufacturers, not just retailers, and the mirrors are cut and framed here on Locking Road. That is why the sizes are not limited to whatever a supplier happens to offer, and why, as the manufacturer, our prices are very competitive and our quality is second to none.

Can a made-to-measure mirror match a frame I already own?

Often, yes. A mirror comes out of the same 400+ mouldings as everything else we frame, so it can be matched to a picture frame already hanging in the room. Bring the frame in, or a photograph of it, and we will find the closest moulding we carry.

Can you replace the glass in a mirror frame I already have?

Bring it in and we will look at it. If the frame is sound and you like it, replacing the mirror glass in it is usually straightforward and a good deal cheaper than starting again. If the frame has gone, we can make a new one to the same size in a moulding you choose.

Do you deliver large mirrors locally?

Yes — we offer free local delivery where possible. Large mirrors are heavy and awkward, and we would much rather it got to you in one piece than have you wrestle it into a car in the car park. Tell us the size and where it is going when you order and we will sort out how it gets there.
