1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Weston Super Frames of 17 Locking Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3BY. By using the site you accept them.

They cover the website. They are not the terms of an order: where we quote for framing, mounts or a mirror, the terms of that work are the ones agreed with you before we start it.

2. Information on this site

We describe what we do as accurately as we can, but framing is priced on the piece. Sizes, mouldings, glass and mount choices all change the figure, so nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price.

Stock changes. What is described here as being in the gallery — prints, canvases, local scenes, mirrors — moves, so ring or call in for what is actually on the wall.

3. Orders

An enquiry through this site starts a conversation; it does not place an order and commits neither of us. An order exists once we have agreed with you what is being made and what it costs.

Bespoke work — a frame or a mirror cut to your size — is made specifically for you. Please make sure the measurements are right before we cut. Where you are dealing with us as a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

4. Your property

We take great care of pictures and objects left with us, and have done since 1976. Please tell us if something is particularly valuable, fragile or irreplaceable so we can treat it accordingly and talk to you about how it should be handled.

5. Our liability

We take reasonable care over this website but do not guarantee it will always be available or free of error, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our liability for work we carry out is dealt with in the terms of that work.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to Weston Super Frames or our licensors. Artists’ and publishers’ images shown remain the property of their respective copyright holders and appear to illustrate work we have framed or stock we carry.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
