If you want something cut to an odd size, cut to fit a frame you already own, or cut while you wait, that is a job for the counter here.

1400 micron white core mount board, computer cut with a professional 45-degree bevelled edge. The white core is what gives the bevel its clean line where it meets the picture. We hold over 70 colours in stock on Locking Road, so most jobs are cut from board that is already on the shelf.

Which one is right depends entirely on the picture, and it is very hard to judge from a swatch on a screen — a warm cream and a cool white can make the same photograph look like two different pictures. Come in and hold the real boards against your real picture, which takes two minutes and settles it.
Yes, and we are asked to do it constantly. Bring the frame with you along with whatever is going in it, so we can measure both rather than work from a size written on a scrap of paper. A ready made frame with a mount cut properly to fit looks considerably better than the same frame with the picture floating loose inside it.
